  1. This is an OCTAMED V4.0 music file!

  3. To play this file:
  4.  
  5. Amiga:  Any version of Octamedplayer should work, as should Delitracker
  6.         or Hippoplayer.  These can be found on the AmiNet.  For best
  7.         viewing, use OctaMED 4.0 itself (you will get a nice colour show
  8.         on your screen for each module!).
  9.  
  10. PC:     You will need Windows 95 and a soundcard.  The beta version of
  11.         OctaMEDPlayer can be downloaded at http://www.octamed.co.uk.
  12.         Note that it may not properly play all .MED files, either due
  13.         to beta-version bugs, or some features of OctaMED which aren't
  14.         supported in this player.

  16.         If you are in DOS, you *MAY* be able to play my music using
  17.         MODPLUG, which is in fact a family of programs derived from
  18.         the Netscape modplugin.  The only limitation I know of so far,
  19.         is that MEDs with synthsounds or hybrid sounds will NOT play as
  20.         intended.

  22. Mac:    For Apple ppl, the program SoundApp will play most of my music.
  23.         Again, like MODPLUG for MS-DOS, any MEDs which use synthsounds
  24.         or hybrid sounds, will not play properly.
